I have had this phone for one year. The only issue I had was the Micro SD slot would not keep Mirco SD in. It was defective. I sent it into HTC for repairs under warranty. I had to pay $20 because I had Touch Cruise who originated outside of the US. I bought it from a US company that said they were HTC authorized dealer. Great Phone Lousy Casing
I have bought other phones but went back to this phone every time. It finally gave up the ghost due to an accident. PROs: *Get technology *Off the chart signal strength in "bad areas" *Radio works great *Small but a work horse CONs: Flimsy casing. I went through 6 case coverings. The back came off often. for the Nokia 5140 / 5140i:
Hardy Phone
This is a durable phone. I like the rubber casing, outstanding reception and Nokia quality (which after trying others know it to be very high quality). PROs: 1. durable (hubby tried to throw it when it was mad... it did not break. NOTE: will break in half when mad person attempts to snap in half.) 2. great reception (I live in hilly area [foothills of Appalachian Mtn].
