for the Motorola RAZR V3:
v3 solid phone
i am first and foremost a nokia fan, however because of the ongoing issue of not being able to get the 6682 thru cingular i decided to get a " cool" looking phone. bottom line is the razor is a good, sturdy super cool looking phone and i love the big screen. the speaker phone is awesome and because it is so good i'm not going to bother with bluetooth for driving and hands free. the camera is typical ...

for the Motorola V180 / V186 / V188:
a really bad phone
i work for a wireless carrier and thankfully they are no longer selling this phone . i work in a call center and get constant calls about this phone for warranty exchange. freezes up, drops calls. please, if you have one, don't even do a warranty exchange just buy another model. this has ruined motorolas reputation in my book.

for the NEC 515:
this is crap..
i work for cingular( formerly att wireless) this is a junk phone.. nec are probably the worst ever. it will freeze up and literally you have to pull the battery out to even turn it off. when we were under att this was one of our models.
