hi i think the problem is its either or the phone or the person using it the carrier or company like cingular they dont seem like they know what there doing and i dont think there telling us the truth and they need to improve there customer service big time need more hours and need to be open on sunday and i think there service men who go out and fix these towers may not know what there ...
