for the Samsung SGH-D415 / SGH-D410:
Not Good for Biz Use
I was shocked to find that this phone has no speakerphone. (That's what I get for assuming.) That's a big drawback for me because my job requires constant multi-tasking. This phone also does not work with my Exchange/Outlook email, as T-Mobile tech support swore to me for a month that it would. Ultimately, after spending weeks on the phone with them (at the cost of many hours of my time), I found out that all their techs were mis-informed. ...
