The Phonescoop review had me worried about the large display with bad pixel density, but coming from an smaller phone, I can honestly say this is indistinguishable from an iOS retina display by a layman. When it was time to shop for a new phone, I really wanted the Instinct from Samsung. Looking for an alternative to the expensive data plan, I waited for the right phone to come along at a better rate. for the Samsung SPH-M610:Wanted the camera, got the complexity
I wanted the phone mostly for the 2mp camera. Everything else is a bonus, so my opinion is based on stuff I really didn't care about anyway. The Media Player is nice, but BTing files to it got to be a pain to figure out. The instruction book for the phone sucks. This is the stuff that has affected me the most. for the Sanyo PM-8200 / SCP-8200:So Far So Good
I just got my phone about 4 days ago and so far so good. I changed from a Panasonic Allure (sexy, barebones) and Suncom to Sprint and the 8200. I got added to my girlfriends plan so I only pay $25 a month for shared 500 minutes (I never used my old 300) and unlimited PCS. This is a wonderful phone for those not worried about Internet access. I feel it is a wonderfully small phone without the cheap plastic feeling of some of the other phones out there.
