for the Samsung SCH-A970:Exactly RIGHT!! THIS PHONE SUX!!
I myself returned it in 2 hrs .. i dont even wanna talk about it.. it was ridiculous.. i have all verizon phones and probably this was the second most xpensive phone i had and it was the worse, i have never returned a verizon phone in 2 hours lol, samsung is goin down!!

PROs Strong Vibrate BEST Camera SHARP LCD Main screen SHARP outside screen Nice Reception LOUD Speakerphone Sleek Look Mini SD Card Slot Quick Interface User-Friendly Interface CONs: The navigation keys and the side keys are placed a little different. (maybe its just my big hands) Thats all the CONs I noticed.

I use to have this phone before I got my Motorola E815 PROs: Nice and small phone Nice color lcd screen (inside) User-friendly interface Speakerphone Cons: Had it for a week so didn't notice any Over all ver nice phone!
