for the Motorola SLVR L7c:
How a cell phone should be done.
Columbus, Ohio. Verizon service. -Reception- Fantastic. A lot better than the Samsung u620 slider I returned. Lots of bars, a lot of the time. No problems here. -Call quality- Excellent. True Motorola tone and clarity. The Pebl (for T-mobile) is the best, but this is awfully close in terms of clarity, treble and bass levels being true, and crispness of calls. No hissing or buzzing. The volume of the calls in the ear piece is very good too, even at full ...

for the Samsung SCH-U620:
From LG 8300 to Samsung u620 slider
Verizon service Columbus, Ohio -Sound- I prefer the overall sound of the LG than the Samsung. The u620 has a lot more bass, and is at times, harder to hear no matter what the volume. It's just a different sound than what I prefer. The calls on the LG are more true to life, and mimic more of a land line phone. The volume of calls on the Samsung u620 is almost deafening. If you need a phone in a loud environment ...

From Motorola Pebl to Nokia 6131
T-Mobile user, Columbus Ohio. Reception This is the biggest issue for me. I don't care about cameras or EDGE and radio and going online with my phone and all that other crap. I want my phone to work wherever I am, and this Nokia does fine. Call clarity This IS the clearest sounding Nokia I have ever owned. There is no background hissing, no popping noises, no crackling noises, no wavey noises. The person on the other end sounds very good, just not ...

for the Motorola PEBL U6:
Move over Razr, there's a new king in town.
Purchased for $199 as part of T-mobile upgrade/renewal package. I have had the phone 24 days now and I am very happy with it. Once you get past the initial 'Wow!' factor, the phone really is fantastic. I like it far better than my previous Razr V3. The Pebl has much richer, and true voice quality. Very clear and full of bass. I find that the Pebl also has better reception than my Razr did as well. Where I would ...

for the Nokia 6230:
The ups and the downs: from Razr to 6230b
Like any informed cell phone shopper I did my research and the vast majority of reviews for this phone are between favorable and great. I really want to love this phone, I really do.... but I just can't. For a $200 I cannot mirror the opinions of so many others. Maybe the fact that I sold a perfectly fine Razr for this phone, but I find myself wanting the Razr back more every day. The isn't *horrible* it just doesn't ...

for the Nokia 6101 / 6102:
Only minor complaints
Pros: Solid, quality feel in my hand. Fits very nice against face, good "curve". As expected, great reception. Color screen is awesome! Very clear and crisp. Loud ringers. Fast and responsive menus. Cons: Only comes with a couple ring tones, and no plain ones. At maximum volume, ringer is over modulated and distorted. The side buttons are small and very much "out of the way" so you will not be pressing them by accident like on other phones. People have compared this phone to the Motorola V600 and it's ...

for the Nokia 3220:
Trust the reviews, they are right!
Carrier: T-Mobile Location: Columbus, OH (east side) Previous phone: Motorola V600 Purchased the phone from Comm station on Hamilton Rd. and I am very pleased with it. I was hesitant to get a candy bar style phone as I generally like the clamshell design, but that was quickly forgotten once I got used to the 3220. Pros: Small, slim design. It's about the width and length of a twinkie. Colorful, vivid screen. Super, SUPER loud ring tones. Apologize to your neighbors before you get this thing, ...
