The phone is very nice, the screen is perfect, and the keys are what you would expect for a device of this size. for the Motorola i605 / i615:
WOW and i thought the i830 was crap!
I jumped at the opportunity to get my hands on a bluetooth nextel (not wanting a blackberry) and I got this phone. it's big, not like "OH THAT BOAT IS BIG!" no more like "HOLLY %^&( THATS HUGE" you dont really know how big it was because when you order them, no one has it.
