for the HP iPAQ hw6510 / hw6515:Not Bad! / Not Great!
One of the better PDA phones. I've been using this phone/PDA for about a year now. Pros -Rugged - Dropped numerous times. -PDA features -Stability - Much better than my Treo 600/650. I don't have to reboot it daily. -Internet Explorer - Better than the Treo -Call Quality - Good Call quality. -Bluetooth - Actually works. Cons -Very low volume. Without a headset - too low to hear. -Size - Not a fan of the size/weight. Overall - Not a bad phone/PDA. ...

for the Siemens SX66 / MDA III / PDA2K (HTC Blue Angel):Siemens SX66 - Best one so far
I've use blackberries, Treos and other smartphones. To date, this one is the best. Even with it's awkward dimensions, it's a better phone that the PalmOne Treo 600. The organizer is just as good an any Palm device. I use this device with the Goodlink software for exchange email. It's rock solid.
