for the BlackBerry Z10 (CDMA):
Unlike any Blackberry before it
Blackberry finally ditched their old legacy OS and wiped the slate clean here. The hardware has good specs and the OS is, dare I say...modern! I'll have to admit that I felt a little lost turning this radically new OS on for the first time. Pay attention to the tutorials that play automatically first thing. It will teach you a couple of basic gestures to get you started. No home button no trackpad no traditional home screen... Instead your flicking apps out of the ...

for the BlackBerry Torch 9850:
Perfect Touchscreen Business Device
So why did I give this a high rating? Because it is the perfect device for ME. I own a small business and I need to stay connected to the world. My priorities are reliable email and messaging, decent battery life, ability to customize it to my liking, and a phone that actually works. Yes, Androids and iPhones do all this too... BUT...Blackberries allow me to communicate better and with less fuss than any other smartphone out there. Pros: -push email ...

for the Apple iPhone 4S:
Great phone but not for me!
First time iPhone buyer coming from owning several Blackberries. I need a good usable business device first and a toy to play around with second which is probably a 180 from most phonescoopers. I am returning it and going back to Crackberry but these are my impressions from the other side. I do like the phone by the way...It's just not for me. Pros: -great phone for many people. Not for all. -Fast! Fluid, no reboots. Little lag on the OS -brilliant screen -nice looking ...

for the BlackBerry Curve 8530:
Worth a look
You can't deny the fact that the original Curve was a well loved phone but it was looking dated compared to newer blackberries out there. Whats been mainly added with the Curve 2 is a better processor, more memory, wifi, updated styling and the trackball has been finally ditched. Why mess with a good thing too much I guess. If you want more frills, get a Tour. Thats why it exists. For the moment, the Tour lacks the wifi and trackpad ...

for the BlackBerry Storm2 9550:
RIM got it right the 2nd time!!!
I owned the original Storm 9530 from the beginning and have defended it's usefulness because it has worked for what I need it for. I don't text or email heavily, but I need the ability to depend on information getting to me. I need the ability to not have to pull my huge laptop out everywhere. For this the Storm never let me down. Storm2 took a HUGE amount of gripes people had and addressed them very well. Pros: -SurePress screen is one ...

for the Casio G'zOne Type-S:
Can't Destroy it
We have had one of these in our company for the last 1 1/2 years. Sure it's bulky compared to other phones, but the whole point of this phone is to withstand abuse. It does this well. Pros: can be dropped, kicked, sat on, stands up to rough environments well Can't miss the red color good battery life Cons: no 2.5mm jack? Verizons proprietary OS is nothing special

for the BlackBerry Storm 9530:
Fantastic device, but not for everyone!!!
Thats right, not for everyone. This is a powerful phone, but Blackberrys from day 1 made business oriented phones. Think of this as a phone that you don't have to put away when you go home from work. Cameras, video cameras, music players...it's all here Don't get this phone if: -you typing 1000 emails or texts a day-would be better off with a physical keyboard. -you have little patience for learning a complex piece of equipment (lag issues can be fixed by changing ...

for the LG VX-6100:
Good phone now that the bugs are worked out!!!
I bought this phone along with 2 more for company use the first week they were out, so I have had ample time to figure out the good and bad of this phone. Overall it's a BIG step up from the V60i I had. Pros: -Far easier to use interface than current or past motorolas -good color display -contacts can be organized by groups (ex. personal, business) -speakephone can be heard on the other end easily while driving (I have never ...
