for the ZTE Z431 / Altair:Cheap as cheap does
I don't like the ZTE Z431, a $ cheap price phone. I don't care 4 the OS(BREW), can't download games, apps unless there's one 4 Brew OS, there never is. So inside my stuff 1 can't download Games & apps.
