I have this phone because it is what my employer chose but it would not have been my first choice. First, the phone has a very bad key board response. I frequently end up with mis-spellings due to the keys typing repeat characters, e.g. heello or tthiiis.. Extremely time consuming. The phone also has the home, return, options, soft keys right above the keyboard and they are hard to miss when typing the top row ...
