for the Samsung Rant M540:Simple and can take some abuse

for the Samsung Trender:Decent, but frustrating
I disliked this phone almost from the beginning. The only reason I got it was because I was due for an upgrade and decided to take it. I love texting and it does have a good text format and easy to use qwerty board, but the power button is terribly placed.
