For all those people out there who think this phone is junk and Palm screwed up again are crazy and just plain stupid. Grow up and learn how to use it. It has all the right settings and if you are in a non coverage area or far from the tower than stop complaing, as it IS NOT THE PHONE! Then people say it freezes? NOT! I work for a wireless company and most of you will know which one by the time I am through. This phone ROCKS! It is better than the LG VX 9800 " V " and the VX 8100 by a far shot. Pro's: Great camera! Great Sound! Small! Light weight ( for the Ladies , boy's! Full of features! Easy menu! If you know what you are doing with this phone you DO NOT need the music essentials kit.... Need to know about the little pro's e-mail ...

for the LG V VX-9800:LD VX 9800 GREAT PHONE
I work for Verizon wireless and have had every phone known to mankind. I had an LG VX 8100 and the 9800 beats it by a long shot. You don't have to convert your music with Windows Media Player 10, and you can use Windows 98 with the 9800 and you cannot with the 8100. They're actually mp3's not WMA with takes forever to convert them to WMA's, all you have to to download music to your phone is ...

I bought this phone for my sister and nephew. They like it and it comes with a lot of Little features. Overall, a good phone for the simple person. Very easy to navigate and control.

for the LG VX-8100:Great Phone
I think this phone is great! I have had every phone known to man and had every service provider. Verizon is the best network. I always get my calls and this phone is great in reception and quality! I only wish it would have more memory for storing songs. I don't know if the card you can buy will improve this , but over all this phone is great!

Does anybody else think like this loser saying he broke it four times. I say it was dropped and this guy does not know his phones or electronics. Everybody else seems to think this phone is good. I have it and will not part with it. Get a grip dude.

I have to say this phone is very confusing. I download a ring tone from Zingy and it saved it in my folder under sounds. I cannot get it to go to my settings/sounds so it can be a ring tone. I just bought this phone a week ago and I have to say the 340.00 dollars was worth every penny! It has a lot of neat stuff. The videos recorder is awesome!
