for the Nokia E71 / E71x:one major drawback
This phone is very nice in many respects although it isn't Android capable, a major strike against it. But the big problem is that it produces one of the highest radiation (SAR rating) levels of any cell phone made. Since the speakerphone is weak, that leaves the headset option (bluetooth) which degrades the already less than stellar audio quality another step down. for the Sanyo RL-4920:my experience
After reading stellar reviews on this site, I decided to try this phone out. My previous experience has been with Cingular and ATT Wireless. ATT Wireless has probably the best phone selection but easily the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Sprint's customer service is average based on about 4-5 calls into them while I had this phone. The coverage area with this phone compared to a Cingular Nokia 6340i is definitely not as good ...

for the Nokia 6820 / 6820i:Returned this phone for full refund; here's why
The biggest problem with this phone is that it's only available from ATT Wireless who has HORRIBLE customer service. It takes a long time to get through and that's not their only problem. for the Nokia 6340i:Overall, very good cell phone
Picked after having used it for 2 weeks and having done about 6 months of research on cell phones. Pros: -It's a GAIT phone (works on GSM, TDMA, and analog) so nationwide coverage area map is about as good as any I've seen. I have yet to put that to the test but around Austin, TX, it's worked better than my Moto. -Cingular customer service is WAY better than ATTWireless's. -Voice command dialing works better than the Moto v120 I had -Equalizer is ...
