Background: I am coming from a Samsung Epic. I have owned in the last few years: BlackBerry Palm Pre (Hacked to 1ghz) Palm Pixi Samsung Moment Several WinMo Phones (Touch, Touch Pro, Diamond) I feel this is hands down the best phone sprint has to offer *IF* you understand the short comings going in.
