for the Siemens A56 / A56i:Nice Starter Phone
Good Starter phone for GSM newbies. My girlfriend uses this model, and I have used it as a back up when mine was on the blink(yay for SIM cards). PROS: Speakerphone is nice (sometimes). Very easy to use. Small and lightweight. Charges fast. Easy to place shortcuts on standby screen. CONS: Battery life is POOR. Speakerphone is nice, but does have that "mineshaft" effect at times. Signal is marginal in areas where my Nokia picks up full signal. Ringtones are hard to hear. Ringtone menus are hard to get through. In ...

for the Nokia 3595:Decent phone
I switched from this to the LG4010. Seems much better in many aspects. PROS: Decent reception, when available. (I live in southern Missouri, and GSM is still evolving) EXCELLENT sound quality. Good colors, many different wallpapers to download for it. Buttons and screen light up real good. Long battery life. Lots of included ringtones. Voice activated dialing. Vibrating alert matches beat with the ringtones (kinda cool i think). Nice speeds on gprs, however there is a con with the WAP browser I will explain. Nifty games and diversions. I ...

for the LG G4010 / G4011:What A Total Piece Of Crap
I have owned 2 of these in less than 6 months. Both broke. Signal is ok at times. PROS: Signal ok, doesn't drop calls. Ringtones (downloaded) are ok. Lights up good on those 2am trips to the john, so you don't trip over the cat. CONS: Very poor sound quality. Using a headset on this thing is not fun and sounds crappy. Very cheap materials, falls apart too easy. Gotta keep hitting buttons to keep the light on, doesn't light up automatic when a new page comes ...
