for the Apple iPhone 3GS:Not as good as Nexus one
Nexus one has better screen resolution, faster processor and bigger screen. I owned Iphone 3gs in past but now have nexus one and am very happy with the switch.

for the HTC Nexus One:BEST PHONE EVER - BEATS IPHONE HANDS DOWN
This is one of the best phone I've ever had. My brother has iphone 3gs and I had a chance to detailed comparison - screen is bigger, smoother and apps start much faster than Iphone 3gs. I wasn't pleased to shell-out close to $600 bucks but now I know it was well worth it.
