Coming from the Storm 1, the new Storm is a big improvement. That being said, I'm returning it for a different phone. This is the second Storm I've had in 2 weeks and they have both had the same problem. The buttons for send, end, Blackberry and return were replaced by virtual buttons on the surepress keyboard.
