Let Down By HTC
I had a HTC Touch Pro from Sprint and loved the phone. Unfortunately the keyboard stopped working so I took it to the Sprint store to have them fix it. They said they could not fix it and I would have to select a comparable phone from a list they provided. Unfortunately I ended up with the HTC Snap. There is no way this phone comes close to the Touch Pro. CONS: The keyboard is poorly designed. The buttons are small ...
