for the Nokia E71 / E71x:
Very nice, but...
A sweet little gem. Solid performer. Does most things the way they should be done. But now that the BlackBerry 8900 (Curve 2) is release, it takes a back seat.

for the Motorola V65p:
Classic renewed
If you want a phone for gadgetry including camera, mp3, bluetooth, bla bla...STOP reading! You can't compare this phone to all the latest units with all the bells and whistles. This phone is for the user who needs a mobile phone providing excellent call quality, great speaker phone, solid exterior build, and PTT. The v60 will remain a classic for the ages. This revamped version will offer a color screen and PTT options...that's pretty much it. ...

for the Motorola i830 / i833 / i835 / i836:
Great phone (with extended battery of course)
If you get the extended battery then battery life is acceptable. For an iDen, it's very small and quite sturdy. These phones are made to 'work'. I'm a Sales executive and have kicked the crap out of most of my phones. I went with iDen as they offer very durable, sturdy, and solid phones. This is one of the best speaker phones i've ever had. The 2 way radio works flawlessly and sound is very clear ...

for the Motorola RAZR V3:
Style and performance.
Firstly the reception and call quality on this solid gem is as good as it gets. Secondly, the rich colours and sounds are a feast for the senses. Thirdly, the look, design, style, call it what you will...it's like nothing ever made nor will ever be made again. People will look at you like you're from the future! A reminder, the mp3, video, and cam features are nice to have...but le't not forget, it's a PHONE!!! And for a PHONE, it's fabulous!

for the Sony Ericsson K700i:
A solid performer
The only con i can think of is the 'candybar' style of this phone..somehow i find flips or clamshells more professional looking. Aside from that, i can't find anything negative to say about it. It performs very well. Sounds are rich, clear, and seldomly are calls dropped (maybe 1 or 2 X per month). The display is is stunning and colorful with sharp resolution. I play Fifa 2004 on this thing and I can't ...

for the Nokia 8890:
Nothing wrong with a classic!
A 3.5 rating only because it's getting 'dated'. 2 years ago this deserved at least a 4 if not 4.5! If you just want a phone with SMS capability, get it! It's very compact, sexy, and certainly draws attention from people around you. And let's face it, it's the reason why you want to even consider a phone like this. If you weren't concerned with aesthetics, then you'd be better served by the Samsung ...

for the LG 5450:
What a nice surprise
At first you might think that it's too bulky, but it's very comparable to other handsets. It's not that bulkier than the Samsung A520 or Audiovox 8900. This phone is currently being primarily used in Montreal, Canada on the Telus Mobility network. The call quality is very satisfactory and comparable to most phones on the market using this similar technology. The "Pros" include: integrated camera (although the pic quality is poor, recall it's a phone ...
