Charging the phone when you first got it might have been your mistake. You should always let the battery run dead before you charge it the 1st time.

I agree with all the pro's.....Great phone....I havent had any problems. My only complaint is the battery is horrible...I had to buy a converter for the car so I can use my wall charger since there is no car charger for the phone yet.
