for the LG Rumor / Scoop / UX-260:
Somewhere between "good" and "great"...
I bought my Rumor almost right after they came out (I ordered it the first week of January) and the only one available was the black & blue model. The phone got fairly good reception and had an OK battery life (I used it alot throughout the day). The internet was somewhat slow and occasionally if I had been using the browser for a long time it would cause the phone to "crash" (turn off and then turn ...

Outdated replacement
I got this phone from my cousin as a temporary until I got my UpStage fixed (in all I owned it for 2 months) and by the time I got this phone it was quite outdated. The battery was OK but the reception was next to awful. I could not text on it either. The camera was OK but all the pictures I took with it appeared somewhat "washed out". The plastic over the screen ...

for the Samsung UpStage M620:
Really good phone
This was my first phone that I had on the Sprint network (I had NEXTEL in the past) and I found this phone quite enjoyable and nice. The UpStage not only looks good but it is also quite functional. I orginally chose this phone so I would not have to buy a new iPod but I discovered that songs downloaded from the iTunes store will not play on the UpStage. I had really good reception and ...

for the Motorola RAZR V3a / V3s:
I was completely cheated...
This is probably the worst phone I have ever owner, actually, scratch that, it IS the worst phone I ever owned. The reception and battery life were terrible as was the screen after about 2 months of owning it. Also the camera was awful, the pictures were either too "muddy" and dark or so bright you couldn't tell what the picture was of. The "flip" wore out quickly. In the 6 month (that is 6 ...

for the Motorola i85s / i88s:
My favorite NEXTEL phone.
Of all the NEXTEL phones that I owned (4 total) this was my favorite. I loved the durability of the phone. I had the "extended" battery and I was able to go up to a week without charging. I had great reception. All the speakers were loud and clear and the phone itself felt good in my hand. One of the drawbacks to this phone was that it is so large it is not ...

for the Motorola i60c:
I only owned it for a very short time but...
This phone had OK reception and battery life. The ringers were loud but the DC was somewhat "muddy". My biggest problem was that my SIM card was incompatible with this phone so I could not access my phonebook and I could not charge it without first taking my SIM card out. When I got the phone my friend had owned it for about 3 and a half years and over time an imprint of the buttons ...

for the Motorola i205:
EXCELLENT replacement phone.
This phone is your basic Nextel DC phone. I really liked it because it had good battery life and good reception. The phone was tough and durable and the ability to change the outer "plates" was really neat. The speakers were loud and the vibration was really good. This was a very cheap phone and a very good one too.

for the Motorola i415:
Pretty nice phone
This was my first walkie-talke/direct-connect phone. I found the battery life good. I never had anymore than two "reception bars" but all my calls were very clear and I hardly ever dropped a call. The ringers were VERY loud and the phone itself was tough. Once again the phone would have been a lot better had it not been prepaid. It had a pretty good screen. The voice dial feature was very helpful. ...

My first phone...
For a first phone this was a really good phone. Reception and battery life were good. I personally did not like the fact that it was prepaid but that wasn't the phone's fault. It felt good in my hand and the ringers were loud and I so was the ear piece. I thought that the ringer ID feature was cool. Had a good speaker phone (loud, good quality, etc.). My biggest complaint was ...

for the Sanyo Katana / SCP-6600:
Really good phone
I originally bought this phone off of a friend after my Treo 600 died (another good phone). I really did not have high hopes but I was proven wrong. My only true problem with this phone is that the ringers are not very loud. This does not bother me as much as it would some people because my phone is on vibrate the majority of the day anyways. Internet speed is a little above average. ...

for the Motorola Q9m / Q9c:
DO NOT BUY!!!
The only good thing that I can really say about this phone is that it has a good screen. At least with the Sprint model anyways the phone is JUNK. It freezes constantly and the only way to get it working is to pull the battery out. In addition to freezes the keyboard is terrible and the internet is slow. I would suggest spending a little more on a Treo if you are looking for ...
