I've just switched carriers because I never seemed to have any service with my previous carrier (Virgin which I loved BTW in terms of support and ease of use). This phone was as close to the one I had as I could get. It is a bit more expensive and has fewer features, but over all it is a nice little phone. Except--the user manual is dreadful.
