for the LG VX-8600 / AX-8600:Horrible Phone
I'm on my third LG 8600. When I first got it, it would not play anything on the mp3 card, alltel replaced it then one day I woke up and both the main and front displays were blank white; alltel replaced it again, now I'm back to a device that only sometimes plays mp3's off of the memory card.

for the Samsung SGH-D807 / D806:Hmmm...
This is my second D807 due to the first one I had breaking (the top slider part broke off)...The screws literally came undone. Cingular of course replaced it no problem. Overall though...the phone is very nice. I wish that I could have the charger and wired headset/usb cable plugged in at the same time though.
