I was thinking about giving up my bb. I am looking on going back to a phone like the env3?
My thoughts are I would upgrade my wife's phone to one also and look at giving my 13 year old my wifes phone adding to our plan. The blackberry is an extra cost of $30.00 and I thought I might be able to get away cheaper if I just use a reg phone. I still need to get email since ...
BB Tour UPDATE
I was just wondering were our update is on the OS from Verizon. It was up one day I heard then gone the next for some reason? Sprint is got there just recently.

you will love the tour I like mine had it since day 1 and no problems. I had the curve and like this so much better. It is faster and the black jack game is nice to play. App world is on the phone and I have only downloaded poynt on it and that is ok. Get a nice silicone case and a screen protector also.

I just had to write this. Have you ever really taken the time to read some of these peoples complaints on phones it is ridiculos what people say why they think a phone is junk.
1. My battery door seems to move. DUH it really needs to since it has to be removed at times.
2. If I push really hard on my screen it makes ripple effects. Ok What the HE** are you pushing on a non touch screen phone ...

I think it might depend on the ring or tone you choose from the factory settings. There are some that are very low. I am hard of hearing and I had to go with some Musical ring it had to hear it better.
I do agree though some tons are not the same

I agree I was number 2 at the same store getting my phone and I love my phone. I say the doo has to move some since you need to get into it at some point maybe. I carry it in a rubber case from VZW and screen protector and it is sweet cover is not going anywhere on mine if it would like to move a little so what.

Nothing compares to a Balckberry. If you want to save moneyu look at your plan. See if you can go to a lower min plan to save some funds to keep the Berry.
You can also set up a POP account on a dare just that it is not as fast as a bb and i tried it and went back to the Berry.

Totally agree with CWCANTY!. The Pearl I had to small of a screen. It only has sure type not a full qwerty keyboard.
I have the Curve now and I even tried the Storm and that was a sure loser in my book.
The Curve is nice try it out. You should like it. Or wait until May and get a niagra if it comes out than.

I had both and it depends on what you want. I prefer the BB over the standard phone. But I also didn't care for the Storm. I felt it was a pain to edit your text. It was hard trying to get the cursor were you wanted it. I have the Curve like that a lot. The Dare was a neat phone if you just wanted a phone. You can't open hyper links in your email. Limted web browser.

Have you checked your software version you have. They have out in my market v05. When I got my phone it had v03 so that might take car of it for you??

but everytime your credit is pulled it effects your overall credit score which will lower your score. So when you go look at getting a loan your rate is driven by the credit score. The higher the score the better the rate.
So this will effect there credit since he goes every 30 days.

Yes they will know. Your best bet is got to another carrier ATT will let you do it. I have relatives that have 2 kids that have a bb on no data plan. (ATT)

Why didn't you have them just exchange it. my curve had an issue. I called customer service and they told me to take it to the corperate store in my area for a new one. That simple. You will be waiting about 8 weeks for your money maybe sooner if you are lucky.

that is so not true it just gives you the options to check work email. I have mine for personal and business best thing I ever got. Palms lock up all the time all windows based phones that I have had the Q, the treo's all locked up. My Blackberry has been wonderful.

I know Verizon now prorates your ETF by $5.00 each month. So you have it for 6 months and want to term the contract you would pay $30.00 less.
