In addition to the above listed problems, my phone came with a number which has the wrong area code. In order to change it I need to call customer service. The how-to-guide lists the number as 1-800-733-6632 which is not answered. An insert which came with the phone gives the Jitterbug Customer Service number as 1-877-296-4334 and the personnel who answer tell me that they are not Customer Service , they are the Operator. ...
