It's confusing why I can sign up for 1 year at a Sprint store like I did twice before but over the phone they don't give you that option. There is also no way for existing customers to renew a plan or buy a phone online. Don't forget that you have to buy third party software to transfer you phonebook entries. This phones comes with absolutely no software, not even drivers, shame on Sprint and Samsung. You can find drivers on the net but it only allows you to transfer pictures and mp3 to the phone and back. Compare to other Samsung phones that have advanced syncing software available on the Samsung website.

One year agreements are available from Sprint but they will lie, cheat and steal to make you sign up for 2 years.
