Your landlord deals with 5-20 people? TMo deals with 100s of thousands. Its all about people taking advantage like smylax says. Also they only do the payment arrangements after the account is suspended. If you need to make arrangements all the time, you might need to change the cut date of your bill.

the 8900 at launch had issues. When you buy it make sure you do the update. It works much better with the update.

You can access WIFI as long as it is unsecured or you know the password. You have to have the data service on to access the T-Mobile Hotspot locations for data.

They aren't using it as an excuse. The profitability of the commission structure is based on the sales rep selling what makes the company money, not what makes the rep money. That's why the change to simple comp. T-Mobile is the only company to not cut jobs in the last year. Everyone else seems to be cutting costs by doing that instead of tightening belts and working hard for those bonuses.

The Sidekick requires the data plan for it to work correctly. It stores the data on the server and can be reloaded if the device is lost or destroyed.
The question you should ask is why get a data device is you don't use the data?

I like this device mainly because it's simple. If you are looking for a superior data phone that does it all, don't buy the Behold. This device is a phone first and a PDA second. Connect the device to you computer and run the App Loader. Delete the un-used language options, the BB Sample Video, and the IM programs you don't want. If this doesn't work go to advanced, after making a back-up, and format the and reload the OP system. Should help!

People i like you circumventing the system for your own means and or amusement creates a problem for customers that actually need the "loophole" you are using. Servicemen and women leaving the country, students going abroad are the reason for having these systems in place, people that abuse them make it harder for individuals that need this to get the service they deserve. Follow the directions! Contact the rebate center in Young America and find out what they need. Also the rebate center doesnot work for T-Mo the are a independent company.
