Sprint is better for their TV and data packages. Verizon has great coverage over the US but I've never had problems with Sprint either. I think it all comes down to the cost of data (text messages, Internet, etc.). With my Slingbox running I'd rather have Sprint. Tom http://www.pdablast.com

It sounds to me like the settings are not set to sync your contacts. If you've checked that setting already, I would uninstall and re-install active sync.
