Weird Pics
I had a customer trade in a phone yesterday and I was going through clearing everything out when I came across so really odd pictures. There was a young girl about 7 or 8 tied up in a wooded area. She did not look really scared but she did not look happy either. I am not sure if the pictures are just a joke or for real. What would you do in this situation?
Internet Issue
When I am trying to get on the internet I am getting an error message. It is telling me "your internet connection is not configured properly. Please verify your settings in Data Connections."
I have not changed any of the settings and the internet was working fine yesterday.

I worked black friday last year and it was completely dead. I'm counting on maybe 2 or 3 people in here on Sundays. Its not going to be a great increase in sells just more time im stuck here. If we were a busy location then I would imbrace it.

There is no recorded of it because currently the acctivation fee is being waived on certain plans and they do not inform the customer of this if they are paying cash. So at the end of the night there is no money missing from the drawer because the customer should not have paid it in the first place.

What format do videos have to be in to play on the hue?
LG 8600 vs. Samsung Hue
I am trying to decide which phone to get. The 8600 or the Hue. I like the outside display on the 8600 better however I like the fact that I can change the face plates on the Hue.
Any suggestions would be helpful.

And called me to tell me to turn the open sign on slower cause it was blinking to fast.

Well he is suppose to come back in today to speak with a manager. Its just my manager and I scheduled to work here today.
There is another store about 20 miles away and do to scheduling conflict there is only one person working there today. Its the manager of the store so it should not be a big deal. I work at least one to two ...

I'm working by myself all day and of course we are busy. But its mainly customer service stuff. It would be different if I was making money. Oh well, only an hour and a half left.

I had a customer come in today asking about getting a line of service. I ran his info and he only had a $100 deposit, so he went ahead and signed a 2 year agreement. The whole time I was setting up the account I could smell beer and weed on him. He did not even have a drivers license just an I.D.
Is it illegal to have someone sign a contract while they are drunk? I'm thinking this ...
Changing numbers
I had a customer call in earlier wanting to change one of his numbers.
Ok no big deal.
If his number was 555-1234 and his sons number was 555-1235.
He wanted to change his sons number to 555-1233.
He wanted it to be one less than his instead of one more than his.
I tried explaining that I could get his son a new number however I could not pick the number for him.

Why do I always get fussed at for my co-worker breaking the rules?
We have a customer who comes in all the time with her car charger broken into pieces.
Everytime she comes in with it broken (without a box or receipt) my co-worker just gives her a new one.
This is against company policy.
