I just updated to 3.1.2? i think it was, the latest version of the Iphone OS (update as of 10/10/09) and since then i have had to reset my Iphone to factory settings TWICE!!! My Iphone puts all my music on the ipod and switches it from "Music" to "other" thus not allowing me to play them. When i connect it to itunes on my computer it shows that i have all the memory from my music ...

So I was on the Apple website the other night and noticed it said that my 3GS has the ability to record video AND edit (trim) video as well. I have taken tons of video but i cant figure out how to trim it or anything. I cant find the option anywhere. I have 3.1. Am i missing something? Is my phone Missing something?? Thanks for the help

I just updated my 3gs with hopes of FIIIIINALLY being able to see a mms with out using that BS viewmymessage.com but it looks like its only available to "some" iphone users. if this changes for anyone, do hollar http://www.computerworld.com/s/arti cle/9137988/MMS_for_iPhone_works_ahead_of_sch edule_for_some_users

im sorry but did i miss the part where it says 3.1 ? /;| this is such a silly debate but if your saying it says 3.1 and it clearly did not say in what you copy and pasted, maybe reading isnt fundamental. unless "thru Itunes" indicates 3.1 but i updated my 3gs thru itunes to 3.0.1 again silly debate

So apparently the latest update of the Yelp app included a hidden feature for those with the iPhone 3GS. AMEN!! I'm sick of seeing reviews by people who haven't even touched the phone they are "reviewing"! Crazy apple cult nut jobs. I own the iPhone and like it... But its soo damn obnoxious when every other touch screen review is some bs apple iPhone freak slamming a phone they haven't touched yet!!! much better :)

I just read an article today on google news about the Iphone 3gS having its battery life being drained by the new OS, but i havent read any comlaints on here and was wondering if anyone else is having this problem and if they were how they fixed it. I really want this phone but only because the battery life supposedly improved and now im worried...
