My N95 also has flash support. However, the support is for Flash lite 3.0. That allows support up to Flash 8. Hopefully the N97 also supports Flash lite 3.1 which is compatible with Flash 9. There are a number of websites my phone has problems with no because of that lack of support for Flash 9.

While it will work in Europe, it will only have 3G UMTS bands for the U.S. This is why it will only initially be available here. If you live in the US and only travel occasionally in Europe it would be perfect. If you live in Europe there is no point to getting a phone that doesn't have UMTS 2100.

The consensus over at Howard Forums seems to be to expect an April 15th release. It typically takes a new phone two weeks from the date of technical approval to be officially released. I believe the N75 received technical approval on or about March 31st. That would also explain why CTI-Miami's shipment was delayed by a week -- Nokia wanting to coordinate its release with that of Cingular/AT&T.
