I don't get the VZW menu on the Voyager browser. I used to access favorites and local SuperPages to look up business addresses and telephone numbers that are easily added to my Contacts list at the press of a button.
What happened to Mobile Web 2.0 on the Voyager? I have the Nationwide Premium plan.

One of your shortcut keys seems to be programmed to play your music. Same thing happened to me but the telephone VZW rep couldn't figure out the problem.
I took it in and while I was waiting, I downloaded a song. When my turn came up, I tried to explain the problem to the rep, but there was no longer a problem because my newly downloaded song played, and there was no "player error" message.

There've been times when I leave a voice message on someone's phone or on a business line, and when I replay my message to myself, sometimes it sounds choppy or muffled. I've had my phone for several months now and lately it hasn't been doing it, but that was my biggest complaint when I first bought it.

I own the leather pouch and like it a lot. I've dropped my phone a few times and it softens the fall.
Be forewarned that when the phone is anywhere near the pouch, the pouch magnet will black out the phone but does not turn it off.

Yes, the magnetic strip disengages the keyguard which defeats the purpose of the keyguard. Plus if the case is under or near the phone, the phone blacks out and doesn't operate.

By the way, the Shortcut menu for the Main has a News & Info option, but the menu for the Front does not have News & Info, nor Email or Games.
Is there something wrong with my phone now or can I upgrade the Shortcut menus?

The Verizon phone rep said the same thing about the shortcut key but everytime I tried it, I got a "Player Error" message which he couldn't explain, and suggested taking it in.
It took forever to get help at Verizon, so I checked out the VCast music for the first time and downloaded a song. Sure enough, when I finally got helped, the up arrow ended up being a shortcut to My Music and ...
Get It Now menu problems (exterior)
The exterior menu for Get It Now (right arrow key) only shows 2 options, Music & Tones and Pictures & Videos. The VZW phone rep said it should show everything that the main interior menu has so I can access Mobile Web without opening phone.
I took it to a Verizon store and he took a 9900 off the shelf and it had the same problem. The rep said that it must be a software error and that ...

I can't believe your question. I called Verizon just an hour ago to save the Train tone on My Sounds as a ringtone. She didn't know how but she said there must be a way because it's already on the phone. We experimented and it worked.
Go to My Sounds, select Sound you want as a ringtone, Create Pic Message, type your mobile #, Send.
You'll receive a Pic Message, press Options, Save As A Ringtone.
