i have the same phone and the reason you can't see the pictures on your phone is because the phone looks in certain directories on your memory stick for the any files it can open. if your pictures are being stored in a folder other than the ones that it's looking for, it won't show them at all.

i have the SAME EXACT problem. i called CS and they told me i needed to speak to the ANS (advanced network servies i think) department to see what was going on. I havent been able to call because they work on eastern time and as soon as i get off work at 6pm, they are already closed.
i have a SE w810i. my friends razr has the "My account" option in his menu.. he doesnt even have to go ...

nobody at cingular or tmobile will do it for you. you have to get it done over the internet, through someone you know, or from an independently owned cell phone place.

PS if youre looking for an easy phone to get unlocked, look at a nokia. those are by far the easiest to unlock in my experience.

yeah i called cs and they told me they were having issues with the billing system. this has happened to me once before.. you'll probably be double-billed next month if you are getting close to your billing cycle date.

i have a w600i and i had a problem with it shutting off randomly when i set it down on a table or tap in in a certain place... i found out that it was that my SIM card wasnt inserted all the way, so whenever my phone had any sort of harsh vibrations, it would shut off. i got a w600i today and it was everything i thought it would be. this phone is totally awesome. i'm so glad i didnt buy the rokr or the razr!
and it was just as much as the razr when it came out too... only $199 w/2 year. no mail in rebate either like someone else had mentioned. or maybe i just got lucky?
But yeah, if you want to get one of these, definately go for it. :) ...

ive never gotten someone THAT rude before. The rudest that i've gotten was "are you paying attention to your computer or me?!" (regarding the yahoo messenger sounds)
you might want to try again to speak to someone different and ask to talk to a supervisor because you're very unsatisfied with the treatment that you received previously.
If you're nice to them... 9 times out of 10, they'll go the extra mile for you...
people are just stupid sometimes... ...

yeah me and my friend have that problem... i read somewhere that its because the firmware needs to be updated. i have v5.34... the new 5.35 fixes that SUPPOSEDLY. i have to send my phone in and crap so i think i'll just be getting a different phone or something... it gets REALLY annoying after a while

i went to a cingy store here in LA on Friday and they had like 5 6230b's left. i managed to pick one up and thank god i have a 30-day return policy.. i didnt even know they were supposed to release another version of the 6230. hopefully i will be able to exchange it for the new 6230i!! i should have waited another couple weeks!!! :cry:

hey does anyone know if cingular plans to change their voicemail system to one that's more like AT&T's? i hate it when people call and say "hey it's me, call me back" and dont leave their name or number... and then i have to guess who called me because i could barely make out who it was... i know with cingular blue customers, they can actually have the system repeat the number that called them (if it's not blocked ...
