I don't understand that. That sounds like a gigantic load of horsesh!t.

Cause my b!tch of a boss changed everyone's schedule based on their conversion rate. Apparently, tenure no longer means anything. How much a$$ you kiss and how much money you make the company do. Guess who now works nights due to this crap? :x

My best friend has Sprint, has for two years, just renewed (after her phone was stolen and it took hours to get someone on the line to suspend it ), never misses a payment, calls customer care maybe twice a year. She has the 450 anytime minute plan with free n&w at 7p, and averages about 250-350 (daytime) minutes of use/month, if that. She gets a bill for $185, mostly in overages. On the bill, one call began ...

...just wondering, does your conversion rate affect your scheduling at all? Example: if you get a higher conversion rate, do you get first dibs on a daylight schedule? /;|

I can see getting a phone for my husband . I cannot see getting one for my boyfriend . And that would depend on how well he manages money.

I only refer a custy to a store in fraud cases or if they want the phone RIGHT THEN. And I always advise customers that store personnel may charge a fee to transfer the phonebook. (I don't know if USCC actually does or not, but I always tell them they might so they don't expect it to be free. I mean, it IS something they're capable of doing for themselves...)

Yes.... 1. Find the local Wal-Mart and shop there. 2. Bring lunch to work instead of buying it. 3. If feasible, like ralph said, find an efficiency. I don't recommend the roommate thing in a town where you don't know people. :paranoid: 4. Work overtime if it's offered. 5. Be sociable at work so you get to know people who know people who know people and so on.

In cases like that, I just repeat the question until they answer it or hang up...until we get through the verification process, I ask the questions and you answer them. Period. :)

Sadly, the mother's probably right...the daughter ain't gonna tell... This was done to me when I turned 18...I had no idea about credit and how it worked and how accounts that very close relatives sign up for in your name with no intention of ever paying can impact that...it's a point of contention between me and the person who did that, but reporting them to the authorities, while it crossed my mind, is something that just isn't done in my ...

I feel your pain...I deal with this on some level quite often. It really irritates me because it makes me look incompetent. All I do is my job. If the customer is nice to me and pays on time, I will call whoever on their behalf and try to work something out, but if they call with attitude from the door, forget it. You catch more flies with honey...

If you ride your pony more than the contract allows, there are extra charges. If you don't pay the bill in a timely fashion, we will come and get the pony and you will not be able to ride the pony until you pay the bill. No, we will not issue a credit because your son rode the pony without your knowledge. Also, saddles are not free.

That doesn't sound like a good policy AT ALL. The info that you're asking for (name, address, last four of social) is relatively easy to find if you know the account holder in a familial or intimate capacity. I know my parents and possibly an older sibling or two know all this info about me and I do NOT want them accessing my account in any way, shape, or form (which is why mine is password-protected with something only ...

Oh wait...it's also my fault that you failed to send the proper invoices in for your mail-in rebates, causing them to deny you the rebate checks...it's also my fault that the specific person you talked to last time, isn't in today...and by all means, go right ahead and report this to your local newspaper. Apparently, it is my fault that: -the customer is on a regional calling plan and will incur roaming charges of .69/min when using the phone outside of the clearly defined calling area...and no, there's not a button I can click that will eliminate that... -the customer is hospitalized and has not paid his bill, resulting in suspension, and wants us to turn it back on out of the goodness of our hearts. I can't seem to find the special button that ...

The only advantage this has over the 6102i/6103 is the memory card and music player...which you need if you plan to download anything since the memory is so abysmal.
