So every other manufacturer out there that's make a competing product or platform have to share it with Apple but when they want Apple to cough up some of there details the judges rule in favor of Apple. Seems pretty unfair if you ask me.

The majority of AT&T's 3G network has been switched from the 1900MHz to their 850Mhz band for better coverage. I'm guessing thats how T-Mo will be able to utilize it.

Verizon Wireless found some loophole and was able to establish a 14 day return policy in California. Verizon and Best Buy both confirmed this.

Absolutley love Nextel. I've had service with them for 9 years now. By far the most reliable PTT and voice network that I've found.

Agreed. After updating my iPhone 4 to the latest software my internet speeds are either horrible or semi fast and thats sitting in the same spot on my couch. I'm also dropping way more calls now and rarely does my phone display full bars. I usually have 2-3 bars since the update.

its obvious that if you (the Verizon user) are wondering why you can reliably surf web data all over the place, well there is a Map for that. Meaning: the Verizon data coverage is so good all over the map, that you can surf fast and reliably. Meanwhile the guy with the iPhone cant load his pages cause no coverage.

Cause AT&T has there heads up high in each others asses right now. Pretty sad when my work Nextel has a more reliable signal and way less dropped calls than my iPhone does on AT&T. For some strange reason AT&T doesn't work very hard to improve and upgrade network and speeds here in Cali. :(

It looks as if this phone is available at Best Buy already 10/25/09. Its listed as new instead of coming soon. Also states prices vary by store.

Sprints qChat relies on EVDO Rev.A coverage. Last I checked Las Vegas is well covered. Shouldn't have any problems. :)

The Instinct kills the new iPhone as well. :D New iPhone still lacks video, MMS, voice support, and when you look at the difference between Sprints Rev A map compared to AT&Ts 3G its night and day. Plus the plans available to Sprint customers is way better $99 bucks for everything. I'm paying $99 bucks a month on AT&T for 900 minutes, unlimited text, and unlimited data for the iPhone. I for one will be breaking my contract ...

Anyone check out Sprints phone selection? Numerous phones that had once been discontinued are back. KRZR K1M, Nextel I710. Also new pricing on some of the phones. I880 now $99 with a new 2 year agreement. 8) Hopefully this helps Sprint retain and encourage new customers.

Truely agree. You'll be much happier either way. Sprints CDMA/iDEN network is so much better than AT&Ts GSM network. Way more coverage, better call quality, and faster internet. :)

Hmmm last time I checked Verizon was the biggest carrier in the US. Even they have better reception and voice quality than Cingular/at&t. Cingular with the fewest dropped calls my ass. LOL. O snap you actually have to be able to make a call before it can be dropped. :lol:

AT&T/ Cingular sucks. I paid 150 to kill my contract. I'd love to know who they compared cell service with to state they have the fewest dropped calls. My calls dropped way more than my Nextel. Its enevitable that people will kill there contracts in search of better service.
