actually i started doing this when verizon sold me a crappy razr a few years ago....i figure if they want to sell junk i will return a phone as much as i want till i feel satisfied with my purchase...so quit selling crappy products!!!!

i won't...but i WILL have a fresh 9400 tomorrow afternoon....actually i wait till later in the day so the NEW battery can last through the day :wink:

yeah it is within 30 days of original purchase....but i have literally got 10 new phones....i tried like 8 razr maxx's then went to the 9400 for free!!!!!!!!!!! lol

when i go in they say they will "D.O.A." the phone and then they give em a fresh/new one....i am planning on doing that tomorrow afternoon actually because i will lay my phone down on a bar tonight and there is always a drop or 2 of beer that gets on my phone.....can't have that now can we? i will be in the store tomorrow telling them about my "reboot" problem :twisted: HAHAHAHAHAHAHA

i actually got a new phone friday because i wasn't satisfied with a SLIGHTLY loose hinge....so i will take advantage as long as i can hahaha :twisted:

yes i am with verizon....and my point was that the phone never reboots itself i just say that so they will give me a new phone :lol:

not true....you can only exchange FOR A NEW MODEL once...but unlimited for the same model...and i don't drop the phone in water but if i see a loose key pad or ANYHTING i dislike i exchange it for a new/fresh phone hahhahahahahah suckas! :lol:

absolutely....its not like the wireless industry makes millions from us anyways...so yeah if i want a new phone within my 30 days i'll do/say what it takes to get one.... :lol:

all you have to do is tell them the phone "reboots by itself" and they will exchange your phone every time....lol i remember buying a phone one day, going to the movies.....when i came out of the movies it was raining and i dropped my phone (didn't get too wet) but loosened the hinges a little so i gave them the old reboot excuse the next day for a fresh new phone :lol:

i played with my friend's 8700 and it seemed the keypad felt funny when i pressed buttons....not that it was loose mut maybe it sounded like glue under neith or something? anyone else think the key pad is weird? thanks!

still thinking of switching to verizon.....does the LG 8700 have a problem displaying caller ID with that weird shaped external display? also is the keypad solid? the razrs always have loose keypads :( thanks!

i'm thinking of switching to verizon today to get this phone....does the maxx have a better keypad than the original razr? the original razr has loose keypads and i want something with better quality....thanks for your imput!

the razr v3xx in the chrome color....is it just me or does each and every one have a loose key pad right on the number 5? thanks!!!!
