ok, so there's a folder 'Notes' in My Documents but how the hell do you make notes? (not voice notes)

when you set the answer mode to 'any key to answer', so it doesn't answer automatically when you open the phone, the left external key doesn't silent the ringtone anymore when you receive a call but answers it instead. is there a way to keep its function but still don't answer the call when phone opens? and if you can answer a call with the phone closed, is there a way to close the phone during a call and ...
external keys + ringtones
the front middle key keeps getting pressed by accident in my pocket and play music loud even if phone is on silent. instead of lowering the volume on external screen each time, is there a way to lock the front keys?
and another question, where's the volume for ringtones?
