And whats awesome about Sprint Nextel is the fact that we've figured out how to keep our Nextel customers happy: PowerSource! How many companies do YOU know that can give you superior call quality AND Nextel walkie-talkie? Hmm?? I'm waiting. Research it. Oh thats right. JUST SPRINT. I rest my case.

Its highlited right there in scenario b. TEP is not a core plan. You are not required to have it as part of your plan. If you threaten to cancel because TEP went up by a buck, you cannot get out of the ETF. TEP does not require a Term Commitment. Therefore, no contractual terms apply to it.

Why? People would leave Sprint to go jump on the same plans offered by VZW or Cingular? Hardly.

So. Bluetooth with the A900m.

Hey kiddos! Some of you are knowledge gurus, and I am gonna love you if you can help me with my BT issue. I have been trying to send my contact list from my A640 to my new A900M. I have succesfully paired them, but I cannot get the A900 to get the contacts for anything. Several attempts and lots of frustration has led me to you. And the simple answer will not work here, folks. Make me work. :D Thanks!

Hey, kids, just a bit of help about the VZW Network

Okay, so I've heard quite a few conflicting stories. And I'd like to get an opinion from an ACTUAL EXPERT or the like, NOT I repeat NOTTT a fanboy! Now, my question is this. I use Sprint. I work for Sprint. Naturally, I hear Sprint touting their network. My trainer said that Verizon leases towers from Sprint. And yet I've heard from somebody at Verizon who said that Sprint leases THEIR towers from VZW. Not surprising in the least are these ...

Indeed. That's Sprint's whole point. Its how we're setting ourselves apart from the wireless industry. Thank you Rev A rollout and the future WiMax. Thats right. We kick ALL other provider's tails in Data.

Uh. No. How many times does this have to be pointed out? Sprint has a higher number of subscribers for data. Sprint has a higher RPU for data than VZW. Lets be clear. Verizon has the highest VOICE revenue, not data. Its already been debated TO DEATH in other forums. Verizon = great voice. Sprint = amazing data. Look at numbers. Sprint has more data subscribers. Higher speeds (think Rev A). Higher RPU (think around $10/sub). Any questions?

Here's your excuse to officially drool and slobber all over your much dally-hooed provider. It seems they're finally trying to do something good with Data. ::pulls out hundreds of bibs and hands them out:: :D

No, the Twin Cities are not covered in the Rev A rollout just yet. Look for it to be one of the major markets coming soon!

Your joking! How sweeeeet! I knew about the Katana. But the one I want is FREE so I ordered it lol. The Samsung A640 is a sweet phone. I don't really need a PowerVision phone, so this new one will suit me great. :D BTW, Sprint Employees should message me. :D

How about we keep this on topic. This thread is not about bashing networks. Do that somewhere else. Lets discuss this PHONE. Not companies and their networks. Or how sub-par people feel they are. The fact is, each network has its advantages and disadvantages. And right now, Sprint is getting a new high-end phone. Its about time Sanyo gets a really cool Power Vision phone. The other three are really rather crappy compared to the new M1. Sprint hasn't released any info ...

Newsflash. Sprint built their OWN CDMA network from the GROUND UP. Verizon acquired their towers from other providors that they swallowed up. How about you do YOUR research before you come back to this forum. YOU obviously don't know whats going on.

Yes, VZW has EVDO in 181 markets. However, Verizon does not have EVDO Rev A in ANY market. Whereas Sprint has Rev A in 4 markets, with more coming. Sprint has the highest ARPU for data in the industry. Verizon won't even attempt to broadcast their numbers of data consumers. How is that for proof? Look at another posting in this forum about the test speeds for Rev A vs. Rev O and HSPDA. Sprint pwnz every. other. provider. ...

And Sprint is well on their way to becoming the best in data delivery. Period. Even WITH Cingular and HSDPA, Sprint's Rev A is the cellular industry's stepping stone into the future of high-speed mobility. Verizon can compete, if it really wanted to. But its still waaaay back in the race. Sprint continues to pave the way for the future of true high speeds.

They all say that.

Puhleeze. Every single cellular provider states that they have the fewest dropped calls. Just because you have the most towers does not mean that you have the most reliable network. Every network is susceptible to holes in coverage; not one provider is absolutely EVERYWHERE. Sprint is not the only company that misrepresents info. Lets look at ALL the Cingular billboards that boast about the "Fewest dropped calls." And they say that the independant study confirmed this. However, that independant study ...

Yeah, we are all aware that Sprint's numbers are not too hot. But how can you expect the company to just halt the progress? Sure, Sprint needs work in a lot of areas (ie churn, ARPU, net subs). But still, they can be done concurrently. Having watched the Q3 presentation, I'm excited about the future. The company has plans. The only thing I'm worried about is the implementation.

MMhmm. Here we go again. Sprint's powerful EVDO data network is at it again. In FOUR major metro areas. Where are you Verizon? What the five fingers say to Verizon? SLAP! Ha!
