The only reason that i used iTunes for my mp3 files is to edit the label of the songs, but i use copy and paste in my memory card to can play it on my phone (S.E. Z550i).

Hello Scoopers... i only have a couple of questions. 1st. Is there any way to modify the emoticons, I use the notes to share it thru the bluetooth, but there's only 4 of them and are boring as hell. 2nd. It is possible that i can delete all protected files from the phone, such as videos images etc. Any info or sugestion will be apreciated. Thanks in Advance.

You should know that cust so may times (95%) has no clue what benefits they had whit this F&F plans (i should say that was a great plans) anyway, it seem that people like to pay more without complicated math in their bills. BTW, be aware, Retention Team Agnt, you may be caught! you could get fired if someone know if you post here.

En parte tienes razon, pero tambien hay que ver que ellos tambien la tienes, en parte. Como dice katrina mensajes arriba, hay mucha gente que tiene AÃ‘OS en los E.U. y ni siquiera tienen la molestia de aprender un poco de ingles, yo estoy en activaciones para Sprint, y he me han hablado personas que tienen como 10 aÃ±os viviendo en los Estados y ni siquiera saben algo de ingles. Lo primero que te dicen es 'Me lo puede poner en Espanol'? Yo tambien soy ...

Me: 8O Umm...sir? the owner of Sprint does not have a plan, and if he (they,i guess) they dont have a plan with minutes, he had an ulimited plan (unavailable for cust at that time) Me: Sir? Cust hung up !! ...

i had a customer who cancel his service (the same day of activation) because his phone is white. (he activate in the store, not online) WTF??

i always educate the cust with upgrade fees, vision service, if apply offer 1st month free, after this told the cust that he/she will be charged for $15 each month, BTW only Vision and Power Vision is the only service that is 'free' the first month. And yes, is very frustrating when a customer call in complaining about a service that he/she never ask, or they dont remember when they was offered with the service.
