Music File Transfer
Does anyone know how to get songs from purchased CD's onto the K1. I used the " click & drag " method on my computer, like it says in the manual, but it will only seem to actually play the songs I have downloaded from the internet, not the ones I have ripped from disc. Moto K1 Speaker Phone shutting off when closed.
I need help trying to get the speaker phone on my KRZR K1 to stay connected to the call when I close the phone. Can anyone help me out? Because right now it disconnects the call when I close the phone and it is driving me crazy.

GSMARENA.COM says it is a QCIF for vids. Not to sure if that is correct, since this phone has a 2mp camera so.

Interesting situation. So does this mean that if someone wants this phone and do use Cingular they are assed out on some features or will those be able to be gotten after the Phone Tools works? The reason I ask is, it sounds like you did some investigating on this matter.

Anybody ever think of calling Motorola tech support? I mean the phone is for sale in the USA and is going to a provider or 2 at some point. I think may have some type of answer. This pertains to the GSM version.

Hey man F*** the dumb S*** and go GSM. Whenever you want a new phone you can make it happen a lot easier by switching out the SIM card. The wireless provider does not even have to know about it. Anything else would be uncivilized. 8) :lol:

You don't have to wait till Cingular gets it, many websites have it unlocked. I will get one and use it with T-MO. Sometimes it is better to get them unlocked, so you can use the features that the wireless carrier blocks, that are not carrier dependent. Go to GSMARENA.com and search the phone, it should give you a list of sites that have the phone unlocked.

Ok here is what I understand from what I have heard and read. T-Mobile is going to be offering service on a 1,700 & 2,100 Mhz combined freq. as it's new network. That being said it will different than in other countries as well as here.
