I don't have to worry about the bose systems at my kiosk, they're set up about on the opposite side of the electronics section, but you're right about guitar hero 3 demo. It's annoying the hell out of me too.

I get that everyday. This one was from earlier this morning Customer- Well isn't still under warranty? Me- Yes, but unfortunately warranties don't cover your dog eating it. Customer- You guys are a rip off. I'm switching to Verizon.

Many of the RS agents that call in are actually Sam's Club employees. We (Radio Shack) run the kiosk for them so they get to use Radio Shack agent codes and passwords. Actually the majority of the associates in the Sams Club kiosks aren't Sams Club employees. There is a small percentage that are, but over 80% are Radioshack employees. The Radioshack owned kiosks are paid commission where as the Sams Club owned kiosks aren't.

It comes down to where your using the phone. My cingular barely picks up most places I go, but my T-Mobile picks everywhere I'm at.

My vote for worst cell phone company goes to Cingular, now the new AT&T. the customer service is horrible and reception is not as good as they say it is. Fewest Dropped Calls my a$$.

I probably would have done the same thing. I wouldn't want to run the risk of changing the plan and then later have her come in with $100 in overage saying that she was unaware of the price change and therefore your company owes her whatever the overage is. Smart move in my opinion.

We have no live phones on display at my store. I always pull phones out of the boxes in situations like that.

I'm also a t-mo customer and I have never had one problem with them. My bill has always been correct, I never drop calls, and customer service is far better than Cingular. When I had cingular, I was had to call customer care at least 5 times a month to get my bill straight. If T-Mobile screws up, then they compensate for it. My opinion, mauimano, is if T-Mobile has strong coverage in your area, then save yourself the ...

I had a sanyo 8200 thrown at my head because I refused to exchange a water damaged phone that the custy had never bought from us under the manufacturer warranty.

The problem with Wal-Mart is (at least in my market), the people selling the phones are the same people that clean the toilets and they don't know a damn thing about wireless. Sure the prices are good, but you get what you pay for. Personally I'd rather pay an extra $25 from a store or an indirect to get somebody that knew what the hell they were talking about. Wal-Mart is the devil!!!! :evil:

I use the Nokia BH-900. That by far is one of the best bluetooths out there. The noise reduction is great and people can't even tell I'm on a BT. Best investment I've made in a while.

I have the nokia bh900 and love it. It's a little bit bigger but the sound quality is phenomenal. The jawbones look retarted.

When you go into the phonebook, press options and there should be an option that says "move". Try that and see what happens.

Now that I think about it, some of our stores do sell alltel so maybe it would bring VZW in replacement of Cingular. Probably won't happen but I'd love it if it did. I'm with you on giving cingy the finger though.

as much as I don't want Verizon to get Alltel. they probably will. I'd like to see Sprint get it. They need all they help they can get right now.

Luckily Radioshack bought out Wireless Retail a couple of years ago. I started working for this company right after Wireless Retail got bought out. I know what you're saying about them though. Wireless Retail was shady as hell.
