Alltel phone are old news
Why does Alltel get all the verizon left overs.
The only phone we got before verizon is the Krazer. And verizon is beating alltel in the price. I wish Alltell would dish out some money and get some phones.

We had a customer last week that wanted to add a 2nd line to his account. And when we tried to rerun his credit we needed his SS# and he refused told us he had already gave it to us. He was worried that someone would hack into our computer and steal it. Customer ended up leaving without the 2nd line. And yes he was OLD!

I get people old people in all the time and want to get a $10 plan. Sorry the cheapest plan here is 29.99. There response is I don't need that many minutes. Well we are old and should get a discount. Sorry 29.99 is the cheapest out there. Well we don't want to business with your company then.

I've had people like that and when you show them where the water indicator is. They leave and remove it and go to another store. good thing for notes.

A lease is different. I have had media com and insight and never had a contract for internet. I sell satellite to and I have seen several customers get out of there satelitte contracts.

I think the only time you should be able to have ETF waived is if you move out of the coverage area. What good is the phone if it dosen't work @ all. Every other contract out there will let you out of a contract if you move.

I disagree if you move out of the area and your phone doesn't work what are suppose to do?
I recently got out of a contract with vrw because I moved out of there coverage area.I was on there extended network and therefore unreliably. And since my plan had no roaming they thought it was cheaper to let me cancel 2 lines with out the fee. Then 4000 min a month on another carriers towers.
