of hearing about BlackBerrys....
Why? They're the best! If there's any phone to be tired of, it should be the iPhone!

Some people will never be happy...
Re: verizon is lame!!!
Right on, man! I, too, left the Red Nazis in October.

Metro PCS. Reliable service.
Pep Boys. Flat tire repair.
My old doctor. Tickets validated.
Nevada. Decent women.
Tiger Woods. Pre-nup.

Now, that looks better!

If so...
They're making two different phones for the same network that's compatible with one another?
What do you mean?
This is why:

If you've been reading anything about the rumored Nexus One/Google phone, all the members of the Open Handset Alliance would feel alienated right about now. If Google actually does release a Google-branded phone, consumers would rather buy a "GOOGLE PHONE" than a Moto Droid, or whatever. It's stealing thunder away from VZW's marketing campaign.
The reason Google would do this is, although Android has grown to more than most people's expectations, is because it has not grown to Google's ...

This sucks! Blackberry, Google! Why did you take it off? I hate Bing; and now, I have to use that Google quick search? I don't like it at all!
It's Verizon's fault, and not RIM (BlackBerry) or Google. Makes me glad to have a T-Mobile Blackberry.

WHO? RIM?
No, Verizon.
Re: Carriers in a nutshell
There's BS with every company. The key is to find the one with the least BS.
Re: Who the frig cares?
I'm sure many people will disagree.
Re: Web Outage
The "web2go" (formerly T-Zones) was working and I could access websites that way. That's it.
Re: I had no idea.
It depends on what ya use it for....
Re: THANKS, RIM!
Hear, hear! People get angry when they can't contact me.

Sorry to tell you, muchdrama, but the day of the physical keys are done. Everybody is moving to the touchscreen and touchpads. It's just the direction the industry is heading.
I hope not. The Storm was a horrible phone!

That's why they "loose" money?

Is this the best you can do? The Tour sucked, so your comeback is a cheaply made BlackBerry ???? I heard this phone was made for people looking for a cheap $100 phone? 2.0 megapixel camera, really ?!?! Trust me, you are way better off getting the 8330 Curve. I hated the cheaply built Tour and thought the Curve was made more solidly and had better keyboard. I returned the Tour and got the ...
Re: WI fi??
Sprint and Verizon disable the wi-fi on purpose. If wi-fi is a dealbreaker, your best bet is to get a BlackBerry phone through at&t or T-Mobile, where most (if not all) of their recent BlackBerry phones have wi-fi.
Re: To all you touch screen phone or a teenager texting machine addicts
I agree, with the exception of the Alltel e815, which never gave me a problem. I can't say the same for the service. Good thing Verizon bought them out.

You know? That may be the case. But why should my call and my husband's on same account be routed to different places. I don't know. It's whatever, though. I'm just fed up with cell phones, period. I don't know. But I guess I can't really do anything about it. And you know a couple of times I have asked if they have a lot of calls waiting and they say, "A few, like 3 or 4". So ...

Chocolateman, I would love the 8520, but I am one of the dreaded prepay customers (flexpay); so I do not get a break on phone pricing. I was going to go to good ol Ebay. The 8320 can be had for less than $150. The newer ones are over $200 out of my range right now, but thanks for the recomendation.
Also, can anyone tell me the price for a data plan on T-MO for a BB, and ...
Re: I'll just cancel
Oddly enough, I kinda miss the cell phone industry....
Re: I'll just cancel
Gosh, how do you really feel?
Re: T Mobile Dash or BlackBerry 8320 curve?
Screw em' all and get yourself the 8520.
Re: 3g Blackberry, When or ETA?
The 8520 is awesome!!
For all that have CDMA.........
The Tour is on Verizon and Sprint.
Re: Is the Wi-Fi free?
Wi-fi is always free.
Re: Well, Why?
I really don't see a difference between the 8520 and the 8900, minus the outside. I switch phones a lot, but might just keep this one.
Re: Tour or Storm? Need some advice...
If I had VZW again, I'd go for the Tour. I played around with it in the mall recently, that's an awesome phone!
Re: i hate tmobile.
at&t charges the $18 fee, too, man.
Re: T-Mo's dropping prices!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The 8520 is the business (non-ghetto meaning: it's the best to date)! I haven't used a finer Blackberry than this, let alone any phone.
Where's the Blackberry forum at?
:paranoid:
So far, so good
This runs circles around the 8320! Review shall come soon!

VOICE OF REASON said:
Maybe so; but otherwise, it's fantastic on at&tizle! 8) I can still use wi-fi for data. But with at&t, who needs a hotspot@home? Lol!
Who needs at&t's bloatware on their phone?
Re: Craigslist
I've only been able to create an ad from a Sidekick (2008, in particular). Windows Mobile phones can't do it, either.

And the Touch MP6900, too.

ALRIGHT! I called Sprint and they said the phone will be on sale tomorrow, the 15th. But they're not sure how many stores will get them. Then, she told me to go to Best Buy. I called Best Buy,and they had 3 left but they were not out on the display. It was behind the counter. They are $699.00 with my upgrade; and, discounts it was $250.00. With tax, $271.00, so you don't have to wait for the ...

Is there some reason why the local compnay owned Alltel stores dont answer their phones, EVER? It gets kinda annoying that their calls that are meant to be shipped to the store keep getting shipped to me. I live in Idaho, maybe that's the reason?, Maybe they dont know how to answer? I just think that if I was a consumer, I would never do business with someone that never answered a phone.

Re: In a strange turn of events.....
One shall see. That, and T-Mobile's PDA selection is weak! Two years with the Wing, when others have updated their HTC PDA's twice over? I don't think do!
