post one thing you would do or make different with at&t. just to see how many different ideas you guys all have about the way some of the policies are and the way discounts are figured out and such... so what would you change?

This is an email we have recived from corporate, through our rep..... looks like we cant brag about fewest dropped calls anymore..... :o MERCHANDISING DIRECTIVE We are asking you to remove some POP featuring “Fewest Dropped Calls” from your store and discard prior to opening for business on Sunday, August 12th. As you know, we have done a great job in educating customers on our network improvements across a variety of metrics and communicating with customers about this progress. ...

i heard from alot alot of people that when trying to compose an email it freezes for a few minutes... has anyone else heard about this?

i have an 815 and my problem started about 3 months ago.... my phone likes to restart itself for no reason mostly after i get about 20 text messages i go to respond to one and it freezes and restarts. i have had 3 replacement phones now and they all hae the new software in them. i even called tech support to see about fixing it they have no idea eityher they tried giving me a new authentication ...

well also one bad thing about the upgrade policy.... i had to tell a customer they couldnt upgrade because they had too many non pay disconnects, even though they were 2 days from their contract ending. i called customer service and they told " thats the new way to punish the non paying customers".... which is totally bogus because everytime the phone gets cut off they have to pay the $36 reconnnect fee anways.... plus for some people ...

no it just never made sense to me. customers come into the store to add a FAN and the rep does it. im just saying how does ATT really know this person works for that company. i added my dads FAN he works fro coca cola and he gets 28% off his service... i added that back in november. its still on his account. i was just curious if they do follow ups or what?

so whats to stop a rep from just adding random FAN discounts? i mean how does ATT check that this particular person is really employed with that company? do they do check ups?

why would the iphone have an sd slot? when its got a 4gig or 8 gig memory already in it? the data plans arent all that bad either.. get the 19.99 media max plan for unlimited internet.... just put a lg 500 or other 3g phones imei in there and there you go... plus insurance can also be done on www.mobileprotech.com

thats because t- mobile never connects half its customers in a call... making t-mobile the company with the fewest dropped calls! you know you have to have signal to use all those minutes they give you! :lol:

yeah they give you allllll those minutes to use and then no signal to use them! and screw that favorite 5 BS.... once you pick the 5 you can NEVER change it.. soo too bad for ex girlfriends and wives.... that would just be a nightmare... go post on t mobiles forum!

WHY CHARGE BACKS? we will make so much more money off this i have like 30 people in my phone with the 19.99 message extreme package... so every 19.99 unlimited plan i sell thats 20 bux in my pocket. this is great. oh and to answer the question on where i get my info from. my cingular rep has told our whole company. not only is the 19.99 going to be unlmited but the meida works plan will go from ...

we give out free sims anyways. we dont charge for them. I just hate when they come in and want to do warranty and its just rare cases when we would actually exchange phones for online orders and a few other scenarios.

Im a Rep and i have been asked this question countless numbers of times... basically cingular knows you will be using the phone more if it has a full qwerty keyborad rather than the smartphone package. its just a money making oppurtunity for them. every now and then you might be able to get away with being on the max plan but when cingular does the quarterly audits, and the computer does the imei scnas and finds that your ...

It is from Ptt.... im a sales rep and if you have ptt on your phone and transfer your sim to a non ptt phone somebody will be trying to ptt you and since your phone isnt capable of doing that, it has that funky text pop up!

Im an ATT sales rep, most of the stores have a Tv shwoing all the latest comercials and promotions, i sit here all day and listen to them. go to your local store and check it out

They ended up fixing that problem. everything works fine. there was a glitch in the system and it would shut off everytime it switched to a new cell tower.

im actually a cingular sales rep and this phone is horrible... the phone shuts off by itself and there is no reason for it... the camera is not good and those clouds are really annoying :twisted: ... if anything thats good about an LG is their new LG CU 500 that is the best phone they make. we have 10 -12 returns a week and its all because of that problem!!!
