You don't need Vision to play the music that you download yourself from your PC onto your media card.
When the phone is in the closed position press and hold the play button.It will automatically be on the music folder. Move it over to the memory card and press play. It will play the music that you have put on there. You do need Vision to play music that you have bought through Sprint. It's better just ...

In the the Menu go to Settings, and all the way down there is Setup/Others. Select that and Auto keyguard is the first choice. Good luck, enjoy your phone!
