I have the $9.99 data package and at this point I am wondering what it is good for. I can't use google maps and I can't seem to send emails or can I? If I go on my bank page can I do anything other then check it? Getting very frustrated and thinking of canceling it. Will the FM radio work without it?

I can get to mapquest and then if I try to get directions it I get insufficient memory message.

I was told I can't get directions from Google Maps on this phone. Can I get to Mapquest? I have limited Internet (25 mb)and I already used up some trying to get goolge maps. No one ever told me I would not have access to certain sites. Verizon said the phone is not equipped to download all the info on google maps. Is there any program I can use other then downloading VZ Navigator? I just need it for ...

My contract is almost up. I am looking for a phone with good sound quality on the phone and speaker, good reception and that is bluetooth compatible. It would be great if it had a long battery life too. Can't afford all the bells and whistles-just want good sound and as little tech problems as possible. Thanks so much for your help.

I have the Motorola w755.I love the phone. I have been having problems with the voice recognition on the bluetooth not the phone.I have the Plantronics Explorer 222.The sound quality is good.I would say 50% of the time when I tell the bluetooth to call a particular name it gets it wrong.Not even close and it calls the wrong person and I can't seem to disconnect in time. Just trying to get some feedback before I decide.This is my first phone.I've heard good things about both.Reception and clarity are important to me and the less glitches the better.I tried the speakerphones on both at the Verizon store and is it my imagination that the 5300 sounded louder?!

I'm trying to make up my mind.Tried out the speakerphones of all three at the Verizon store.The 5300 seemed the loudest and clearest.Has that been your experience?I really want a phone with clear reception.
