Have you tried the Bluetooth Data Suite. I found the Data Suite and DATA Pilot Software is very helpful with many different models. http://www.Wireless-Satellite.net Browse the link and search for your model. Where did you purchase the phone? Which wireless provider do you have? Of course, most New Phones have a warranty for 1 year. *I would assume there's no extended warranty ...so it come down to where you made the purchase. Your REP might help to replace if it's in "good" condition. ...your wireless provider could offer you a contract or extend your contract, in exchange for a New Phone. thetide

Have you tried to email pictures from phone-to-PC. You pictures should be able to transfer via email.
