Laughed at them and told them good luck getting decent information, let alone help. I would also inform them that they are married to walmart then because your store and the core store will make them go back to walmart for questions just to prove a point. I usually tell my customers that you pay for service at our stores (3rd party and core) there is a reason we spend days training instead of stocking shelves in electronics and ...

A judgement in which other lawsuits can reference. It's an unfair business practice. I hated the fact of spam getting into texts but it was inevitable. I think this lawsuit will not only confront the blocking issue, but maybe getting the free incoming texts for all carriers.

USCC, Alltel, and I believe ATT never extended the contracts for price plan changes or esn swaps. So they wont be part of this. I think ( and really hope) this lawsuit is more twards the unfairness and rediculousness of extended contracts for dumb things...

umm majority of loans in the past 3 years had no pay off early fee. What you are thinking is when mortgage companies charged this fee. It really only applied to very low rate mortgages, specifically ARM's, and you pay it off before the intrest readjusts... I do believe that Verizon will end up settling this or be found liable, but because they unnecessarily extended contracts everytime something changed in the account. Carriers will still be allowed to charge ...

My compaints about it (especially for an agent) 1. You have to follow even more closely to your commission sheets and disconnects and unfortunately I have seen bad owners try to cheat employees. 2. Commission only creates bad sales people.(read first) It creates desparation in employees, which forces employees to become more agressive and also opens up for fraud (putting on features that the customer doesn't know, and other more worse things) 3. It also shows the level a company cares about ...

I am also the same way, but in WI we have a very growing influence of mexican culture. I get maybe 5 or 6 activations from hispanics and are actually quite apreciative if you speak in spanish with them because it can be a flawless transaction, however when you speak it poorly (or they assume you do because you're white) they would rather struggle through english for some reason. I enjoy speaking in spanish because it definately loosens up ...

Hire both to fill 2 needs. You get a good rep and one to work hours needed. The college girl may bug out on you when sports come around or finals. Atleast with both you really aren't paying more to split their hours...just an idea

I didn't say what you said was false, what I am stating what you said was false was (lol i can barely follow that) that it wouldn't be charged, which isn't wholely true, but we both agree that they should be waived on businesses and personally think on all lines. (in reference to the $15 fee)

Re: Side note for business pricing

not true. if you activate a business on a consumer plan, even though it should be free activation it still charges the activation fees by default because the soc codes are inherent in the plan. Yes the OLR says it is waived, but you must contact your AE or customer service to get them waived. Had that happened on 2 of my associates accounts this week.

to create new programs, new governmental revenue is needed. The government gets most of it's revenue from taxes. I do disagree that this is a slippery slop arguement too, but to an extent he/she is right. If the government increases control costs do go up (for the government and the carrier). Remember costs to the government include both new money and moving money from other programs (so education may get less money again). So they will create a committee ...

I do really agree, but their network is so small for a national carrier because it's spread so thin. Sprint doesn't really add towers for coverage saturation like every other carrier does. They are smart in building up wimax quicker, but their network may be the coolest, but one of the main reasons Sprint's churn is so high is because of a weak home network. PCS is a great service (call quality) but Sprint's service saturation is terrible. Phones ...

What I really mean is that compared to other carriers they have been slacking in net adds. It also has to do with the fact sprint figured they would be pulling net add numbers like verizon and ATT with the meger and it has done nother but hurt them so far. It also has a lot to do with sprint, of national carriers (and most regional carriers) is that they aren't adding new network out. Sprint is tryin to ...

do you think it's because they cannot really afford it? With the merger and all that debt, also with losing subscribers to other carriers it may cause them to tighten up just to keep the focus on wimax.

I did a paper in college discussing the levels of ethics and morality in sales, and my point was that there is a moral relative factor in how you are compensated that can lead to the lower level of ethics and morality. Pure commission company's (Mobile Solution, Shock City) hiring policies are much more lax and also hire more employees as a whole because they only pay when something is sold (other than minimum wage if they don't hit ...

I understand the frustration, but, and I know I am stating obvious, why would you leave to get poorer reception just because of the phone. It reminds me of the Verizon commercial with the guy with the coolest phone who picked up the serial killer and he couldn't hear his wife warning him about the killer.

They have to get media to "qualify for all discounts and rebates" it's a policy that has helped our feature attachment rate, and people understand especially if it's a requirement to receive a rebate.
